An idea for your summer buffet? The Hungarian boats are delicious and fast to do.
The original version includes salami; I propose it with bresaola.
HUNGARIAN BOATS (HUNGARY)
Ingredients for 4 people: 200g Ricotta – 8 bruschettate boats – oil and salt qb – 100g bresaola (dried beef)
Mix Ricotta well with oil and salt. Lay it on top of the boats of grilled bread with a slice of bresaola and a drizzle of oil on top.
The Hungarian boats are ideal as an appetizer.
