Here we go with another DIY!
What do you think about this idea for giving a little gift to your guests after a dinner?
You can use these beautiful envelopes as a chocolate/candy holder.
I suggest the use of a paper that is thick, but not more than 160g, in order to assemble the envelopes easily, especially if you plan to make them in a small size.
I used gift paper for making two of the envelopes (the blue and white ones). Because gift paper is very thin, I reinforced it by sticking it on colored paper.
The blue enevlope was done using simple cardboard.
DIY N. 142
PAPER GIFT ENVELOPE
colored cardboard (not too thick)- bi-adhesive tape – little chocolate or candy – zig-zag scissors
For a little surprise envelope, cut a stripe of the following measures: 10 x 20 cm
Place the bi.adhesive tape on all the sides except one, close in a roll. If you want to cut the borders with zig zag scissors, remember to place the bi-adhesive tape at a distance of 0,5 cm from the borders, in order that when you cut it will be neater.
Turn the roll obtained and close on one side. Turn and close on the other side.
I suggest that before starting, you give a look at the video tutorial below.
