WALNUT CREAM CHEESE
Ingredients for 4 people: 200 g Gorgonzola cheese – 70 g Mascarpone cheese – 8 shelled walnuts – carrots – celery stalks
Before you start preparing the recipe, it is important to adopt a small precaution to get the best result: be sure to take out the Mascarpone from the fridge about 30 minutes before preparation.
To make the cream cheese mix well the Gorgonzola cheese at room temperature with the Mascarpone.
Chop half of the walnut kernels, add them to the mixture and stir. Then put the mixture in a bowl, decorated with the remaining part of the nuts and put in the fridge to rest.
Your cream cheese will be perfect to spread on toasted bread or to accompany with finely chopped crudités, carrots, celery stalks or zucchini to taste.
