EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE
An easy recipe, but at the same time nutritious and impressive; we are talking about grilled swordfish.
The success of this recipe is all in the marinating in mix based of extra virgin olive oil, garlic, parsley and a mix of spices.
Ingredients for 4 people: 4 slices of swordfish – 6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil – 2 chillies – 1 lemon – 1 glass of white wine (or 1/2 glass of apple vinegar diluted in half a glass of water) – salt – rosemary
Marinate in a sauce based of extra virgin olive oil, salt, rosemary, chili pepper, a lemon zest and a little bit of lemon juice (2 tablespoons).
After a couple of hours, drain the swordfish and cook on the grill (without adding more oil).
When almost cooked, blend with white wine (or the mix of apple vinegar and water).
