EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE
The chicken with mushrooms is one of my favorite dishes, a recipe similar to chicken mushroom and bamboo that you usually eat in Chinese restaurants.
This too, like most of the recipes I post, is very easy to do but also very tasty.
CHICKEN WITH MUSHROOMS
Ingredients for 4 people: 300 grams of mushrooms – 300 grams of chicken breast – 250 ml of broth – 1 clove of garlic – oil – salt – pepper – parsley – a pinch of nutmeg
Cook the mushrooms in oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Halfway through cooking, add a pinch of grated nutmeg.
Meanwhile prepare the vegetable broth.
When the mushrooms are cooked, remove the garlic clove, add chopped parsley and chop the mushrooms.
Then add a couple of ladles of broth in the mushrooms until everything is creamy.
Cut the chicken into small pieces and cook for a couple of minutes on a grill.
Put the mushrooms in a saucepan and add the chicken.
Cook the chicken with mushrooms for about ten minutes over medium heat in a covered saucepan so to flavor the chicken pieces (if it should dry too much during cooking, add more broth).
Serve with bread croutons.
