A different way to make a tuna dish? The salty tuna muffins are cute and above all super delicious, perfect for appetizers. The addition of olives makes this recipe really tasty!
Like almost all recipes I post, these muffins are easy to do!
SALTED TUNA MUFFINS
Ingredients for 4 people: 125 grams flour – 100 ml milk – 1 egg – 30 grams seed oil – 150 grams drained tuna – 50 grams pitted black olives – 1/2 sachet of baking powder – salt
Put in a bowl the liquid ingredients (milk, egg and oil) and stir.
In another bowl put the dry ingredients (flour, salt, yeast, tuna, olives and a pinch of salt).
Pour the liquid ingredients over the dry ones and mix.
Distribute the mixture in the cupcakes, filling them for 3/4, then cook for 15-20 minutes at 180C, in a ventilated oven (already hot).
Yes, that’s all: your salted tuna muffins are ready, let them cool before serving.
