You can serve this recipe as a main course by adding bread crusts with butter

The ingredients to use are few and their quality will determine the perfect success of the dish.

Let’s start:

POTATOES AND MUSHROOMS IN A PAN

Ingredients for 4 people: 500 grams of porcini mushrooms (now that they are not in season, you can also use the dried ones letting them soften for a few hours in a bit of hot water) – 500 grams of potatoes – parsley – extra virgin olive oil – salt – pepper – rosemary – a little bit of broth (1 ladle) – garlic

Preparation:

Start by boiling the potatoes for about ten minutes. Then peel and cut into pieces.

Brown a clove of garlic in a pan with olive oil. Then add the potatoesCook for about ten minutes, adding a ladle of broth.

Clean and slice the porcini mushrooms (if you use the dried ones, remove the liquid you used to soften them), then add them in the pan.

When the potatoes and porcini mushrooms are well browned, add chopped parsley and rosemary.

The potatoes with mushrooms in the pan are ready to be served on the table.
