EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE
Here we are with a very scenographic recipe but also very easy to prepare: the parmesan cheese baskets.
It is up to you to choose the filling, with rucola (rocket salad) and bresaola, or with a tuna mousse, etc.
They are particularly suitable as an appetizer for an elegant dinner or in a buffet.
PARMESAN CHEESE BASKETS
Ingredients for 4 people: 120 grams of Parmesan – 80 grams of rucola (rocket salad) – 60 grams of bresaola- 1 lemon – salt – oil
Begin by spreading a couple of tablespoons of Parmesan cheese on the bottom of a non-stick pan and form a circle.
Cook over low heat and when the cheese begins to melt, spread some Parmesan cheese in the places where the holes are formed.
With a scoop remove the sheet of parmesan cheese gently and roll it immediately on the bottom of a glass to give the shape of the basket.
As soon as it starts to solidify, turn over the parmesan basket.
Once cold, fill the parmesan basket with rucola and bresaola and season with salt, pepper, a drizzle of oil and a dash of lemon.
Your Parmesan cheese baskets are ready to be served.
