EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE
Today we will see how to make one of my favorite recipes: the coffee ice-cream.
Without an ice cream maker, following the instructions below, it will be very easy to prepare.
Ingredients for 4 people: 500 ml sweetened cream (fresh is better) sweetened – 3 eggs – 100 grams of sugar – 10 grams of soluble coffee – 1 cup of restricted coffee – 1 teaspoon of bitter cocoa
Separate the yolks from the egg whites and whip the latter firmly.
Separately, in a large bowl, whip the egg yolks with sugar.
Aside, whip the cold cream from the fridge.
Mix the instant coffee, cocoa and cold coffee in a bowl.
Now combine all the compounds and stir mixing all gently.
Pour the mixture into a rectangular bowl and put in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Ten minutes before serving, take the coffee ice cream out of the freezer.
Serve your homemade ice cream in cream cups.
