Today we will see how to prepare the carpaccio and cheese rolls, a simple recipe, good and suitable for the summer heat.
You can choose between soft cheese (such as goat cheese or cream cheese) or sliced cheese (such as emmental).
CARPACCIO AND CHEESE ROLLS
Ingredients for 4 people: 400 gr carpaccio – 150 gr rucola – 200 gr cheese (soft as goat cheese or sliced as emmental).
Roll out the carpaccio, cut the cheese into thin slices, wash the rucola (rocket salad): put the slice of cheese (or a light layer of cream cheese of your choice), and the rucola over the carpaccio, wrap and serve immediately.
