BRESAOLA WITH PEARS, WALNUTS AND MOZZARELLA
Ingredients for 4 people: 4 mozzarella – 200 g bresaola – 2 ripe pears – 8 walnuts – Balsamic vinegar glaze – Salt and pepper – Extra virgin olive oil
Cut the mozzarella into slices.
Cut the pear into thin slices, unshell the nuts and cut into grains.
Compose the recipe alternating a slice of bresaola, one of mozzarella, the pear and the walnut grain. Finish with the balsamic vinegar glaze, salt, pepper and olive oil to taste.
