Here we are with a quick and healthy recipe for fish lovers: the grilled sesame tuna.

GRILLED SESAME SEEDS
Ingredients for 4 people: 4 Tuna fillets – the juice of 1 Lemon – white and black sesame seeds qb – Extra virgin olive oil – salt and pepper
First, massage the tuna fillets with oil emulsified with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
When they are completely wrapped in this dressing, pass them into into the sesame seeds mix.
Cover them completely on all sides and start heating a non-stick plate. Grease it with a little oil and, when it becomes hot, cook the tuna fillets for 1 minute per side, or at least adjust according to the thickness of the slices themselves.
Let them rest for a few minutes before serving with a mixed salad or with cherry tomatoes.
