The short cooking time in the pan, with the milk, on a low heat, makes the meat soft and particularly appetizing.
CHICKEN BREASTS WITH MILK
Ingredients for 4 people: 800 g sliced chicken breast – flour – 2 garlic cloves – 20 g butter – fresh rosemary – fresh parsley – 180 ml whole milk – extra virgin olive oil – salt and pepper
To prepare the chicken breasts with milk you must first flour the meat evenly. In a large saucepan, season the oil and butter with garlic and rosemary. Brown the chicken slices on both sides in this sauce, a few at a time, adjusting according to the size of the pan chosen. Add the parsley and season with salt and pepper.
Add the milk and cook, covered, until the milk has thickened. Transferon dishes and serve immediately the chicken breasts with milk very hot.
