SCRAMBLED EGGS WITH FONTINA CHEESE
Ingredients for 4 people: 5 eggs – 80 g fontina – butter – black pepper in grains
First, grate the fontina cheese with a grater with large holes, or cut it into thin strips with a knife.
Break the eggs in a bowl and beat lightly with a fork.
In a non-stick frying pan, melt a knob of butter over a moderate heat, pour the eggs and scramble without cooking too long.
