EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE
Here we are with a special dessert: that of the mascarpone mousse; You will absolutely adore it!
Ingredients for 4 people: 500 g Mascarpone – 1 l fresh cream to be whipped – 100 g icing sugar vanilla – little aroma to rum (or little fruit juice) – hazelnut granules
Put the whipped cream and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Then, with the help of an electric mixer, start to mount everything at maximum speed until you get a well-firm compound.
Take the Mascarpone, put it in a bowl and knead it into a cream together with the rhum aroma (or a little juice).
Once worked, add it in spoonfuls to the mixture of cream and sugar, taking care to mix all with delicacy and with movements that go from bottom to top, so as to avoid disassembling the mixture. Continue in this way until the cheese is exhausted.
Once all the ingredients are used up, you will get a soft and thick mascarpone mousse.
Place it inside small cups. Then, sprinkle with hazelnut grains.
Before serving, cool in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
