Just a few steps to prepare these tasty burgers with anchovies.
PIZZA STYLE BURGERS WITH ANCHOVIES
Ingredients for 4 people: 4 hamburgers – 1 clove of garlic – dried oregano – 150 g tomato sauce – 1 mozzarella – 8 anchovies or anchovies in oil – 4 slices of bread – extra virgin olive oil – salt and pepper – basil
Start by placing each burger between two sheets of baking paper and flatten slightly, using a rolling pin. Brown them in a non-stick frying pan with a little olive oil, cooking for about 2 minutes on each side. Once ready, spread a spoonful of tomato sauce on the hamburgers, season to taste with salt and add ground pepper.
Slice the mozzarella, drain and dry it with kitchen paper, then place it on the hamburgers.
Add also the anchovies, a sprinkling of oregano and chopped basil.
Cook the burgers so seasoned for another 2 minutes.
Meanwhile, toast and rub with garlic the slices of bread on which you will place the pizza style burgers with anchovies as soon as they are ready.
All you have to do is serve them hot.
