EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE
Here we are with another recipe for a last minute dinner, tasty and ready in just a few minutes. You will have to calculate the cooking time of the pasta and, voilà, your dish will be ready in no time!!!
PASTA WITH BUTTER AND ANCHOVIES
Ingredients for 4 people: 320 g spaghetti – 120 g butter at room temperature – 100 g anchovies – a little breadcrumbs – extra virgin olive oil – salt
Put the pasta to cook in boiling salted water, if you want you can also use spaghetti or even short kind pasta.
Put the butter lightly softened in a mixer together with the salted anchovies (keep aside 1-2 fillets for the final decoration) and blend until you get a cream.
When the pasta is cooked, drain the pasta, keeping aside a little cooking water.
Meanwhile, toast a little bit of coarsely crumbled bread in a non-stick pan with a drop of oil, then set aside.
Put in the pan the cream, pasta and a little bit of cooking water and sauté all together just for 1-2 minutes over low heat, to flavor the pasta well.
Your pasta with butter and anchovies is ready: decorate with toasted bread and anchovies. Serve hot.
