Yes, you read it right! Today we will see how to prepare the chicken with tuna sauce, a delicious variant of the classic Italian version done with veal.
CHICKEN WITH TUNA SAUCE
Ingredients for 4 people: 500 grams of chicken breast – 1 teaspoon of desalted capers – salt – FOR THE SAUCE: 200 grams of mayonnaise – 120 grams of tuna in oil – 1 tablespoon of desalted capers – 2 anchovy fillets – 2 tablespoons of water
Lightly grease a grill pan, heat well and cook the chicken for about 5 minutes per side.
Salt lightly and set aside.
In the meantime, put in the mixer mayonnaise, capers, drained tuna and anchovies (you can also use an IMMERSION MIXER if it seems more practical), adding water to make the compound more fluid.
Place the chicken on a serving plate and sprinkle with the sauce.
The chicken with tuna sauce is ready, decorate with a few capers and serve.
