EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE
This tart, besides having a soft dough, is also very easy to make.
SOFT PLUM TART
Ingredients for 4 people: 220 grams of flour 00 – 80 grams of sugar – 140 grams of butter – 2 eggs – 7 grams of yeast for cakes – grated peel of a lemon
In a bowl, mix the sugar with the flour, the lemon peel and the yeast.
Add the butter and start to work, then also incorporate the eggs: you will get a very soft and sticky dough, a bit of a middle way between a tart pastry and the dough of a normal cake.
Wash the plums, remove the stone and cut into wedges.
Put the dough in the mold covered with baking paper and try to level it as much as possible, with the back of a spoon.
Place the plums on the surface, sprinkle with sugar and cook for about 45-50 minutes or until golden brown, in a static preheated oven at 180 º C.
The soft plum tart is ready, let it cool before serving.
