I’ll tell you right now that to love this bread, you must like garlic and butter… not really a light and dietetic recipe, but once in a while you can do it.
The version I propose to you today is simplified, so you will prepare it in no time.
GARLIC BREAD (QUICK VERSION)
Ingredients for 4 people: 1 baguette (FRENCH BREAD) – 2 cloves garlic – 150g butter – parsley – salt
Make incisions all over the baguette.
Finely chop the parsley.
Peel the garlic cloves and cut into very small pieces.
Melt the butter in a bowl. Then add the parsley, garlic and salt. Then stir.
Now lay the baguette on a sheet of aluminum paper. Take a kitchen brush and apply the mix between the slices.
Then do the same on the surface.
Roll the baguette in the aluminum paper and bake for 25 minutes at 200° C.
