The cookies without butter are light, healthy and tasty, ideal for breakfast but also to be enjoyed so, pure and simple to feel the taste of oatmeal.
Another good recipe both for the palate and for our health.
Ingredients for 4 people: 90 g wholemeal flour – 80 g margarine – 100 g oat flakes – 100 g brown sugar – 1 pinch salt – 1 pinch bicarbonate
Begin by placing margarine, sugar and a pinch of salt in a large bowl and mix until you get a homogeneous mixture. Then add oatmeal flakes, flour and baking soda and continue to mix well.
At this point, when the mixture is homogeneous, form a ball and wrap it in film, then let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Once the rest time has passed, spread the dough on a floured pastry board (you should use a non-stick rolling pin to prevent it from sticking) and MIX it quite often.
Then take the cookie cutter (or a glass) and form your cereal biscuits, then put them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and let them rest again in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes.
