EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE
VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN
Here we are with another healthy recipe but also delicious.
I don’t know about you, but I often buy apples and then, I don’t know why, leave them in the refrigerator for a long time and they lose their crunchiness.
Here’s an easy way to cook them.
BAKED APPLES WITH CINNAMON AND CEREAL BISCUITS CRUMBLE
Ingredients for 4 people: 5 apples (I prefer the yellow ones, but if you have other types in the fridge, they will also be fine) – a dash of cinnamon – 4 cereal biscuits – 3 tablespoons of raw sugar – 4 tablespoons of water
Cut the apples into squares which should not be too small (they tend to melt during the cooking).
Pour into a saucepan. Add the raw sugar and the water.
Cook until they take a golden color (be careful not to burn them!!). As soon as they stick to the bottom remove them immediately from the heat.
Chop the cereal biscuits.
Before serving, sprinkle with cinnamon and add the crushed biscuits.
Enjoy your meal!
