Hi everyone!
I could not miss a recipe for poke, now a very popular dish of Hawaiian origin.
Our recipe, however, is different since we added mozzarella.
A very healthy dish, but also pleasant to the sight and the palate.
Let’s start:
POKE WITH SPELT, SHRIMPS, ZUCCHINI AND MOZZARELLA

Ingredients for 4 people: 200 g spelt – 2 medium courgettes – 16 prawns – 1 lemon peel – 2 mozzarella – Salt and pepper – EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Preparation:
Cook the spelt and cut the zucchini into strips.
Flavor the shrimp with the grated lemon zest.
Compose the pokè with the spelt, the shrimp, the zucchini strip sand generous slices of mozzarella.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
