Hi everyone!

A quick and tasty recipe, suitable as an appetizer or for a quick lunch.

Let’s start:

CHEESE TARTS WITH JAM

Ingredients for 4 people: 250 g soft cheese (such as provolone or goat cheese) – different tastes of jam (cherries – plum – figs) – a few basil leaves for decorating

Preparation:

Cut the cheese into slices about half a centimeter thick and use them as a base for your canapés.

On each of the slices put a teaspoon of jam, alternating tastes to your liking: sweet jams or even salty, (made with onions, for example).

Serve cold decorating with basil leaves.

Enjoy your meal!
