Saving at home – Poached eggs

EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE

The recipe of poached egg could seem very easy to do, but in reality it is important to follow some tips for its success.

Practical and friends of our diet since they are cooked without oil or butter.

Let’s start:

POACHED EGGS

Ingredients for 4 people: eggs – about 3-4 tablespoons white wine vinegar (or apples) – salt and pepper

Preparation:

Take a large and large pot, fill it with water, add 3 – 4 tablespoons of vinegar and add salt, then put it on the fire; the temperature that the water must reach is about 90 – 95 degrees (just below the boil).

If the water starts to boil, take it immediately out the fire.

Shell the egg in a small bowl and wait for the water to reach the right temperature. As soon as the water is ready, begin to mix it with a wooden spoon creating a small “vortex“.

Pour the egg into the center of the vortex and with the wooden spoon continue to stir gently in a circular direction; doing so the egg yolk will be completely wrapped in egg white.

Keep stirring for a couple of minutes until the egg starts to float, so it will be ready.

Take it with a skimming ladle and serve warm.

For more eggs, it is best to cook them one at a time.

Sprinkle with a pinch of pepper.
