Do you think they are difficult to do? Well, you are wrong. The only thing you will need to calculate is the soaking time in water.
Ingredients for 4 people: 1 kg of chestnuts – frying pan for roasted chestnuts (with holes)
With a knife make a cut on the chestnuts (a cut of about 3 cm). This procedure is used to prevent the roasted chestnuts from bursting during cooking and to ensure that they remain soft inside.
Remove the ruined chestnuts.
Soak the chestnuts for about two hours.
Dry well and put them in the pan for chestnut roasting on the heat and cook until the outside is singed.
To avoid that they burn too much, sometimes lift the pan to avoid that they stay too close to the fire.
