Saving at home – Cheddar pasta

EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE

Hi everyone!

How many times you were too lazy to go to the supermarket and, once home, you realized that you had very few ingredients in the refrigerator?

Today’s recipe will be very useful in this situation: you just need some béchamel and some cheddar cheese slices to serve a super tasty dish!!!

Let’s start:

CHEDDAR PASTA

Ingredients for 4 people: 300 G pasta – 150 g bechamel – 4 thin – a little parsley to decorate

Preparation:

Boil the water for the pasta.

Meanwhile prepare the sauce by putting a little oil in a pan, then the cheddar slices and at last the béchamel sauce.

Finely chop the parsley.

Cook the pasta and just before the end of cooking pour it into the béchamel and cheese sauce. Season with salt and pepper and finally add the finely chopped parsley.

Cook a few more minutes mixing well all the ingredients.

This dish is to be served hot!!!
