Hi everyone!
Here we are with a soup that everyone will like, even the youngest. A recipe that has the advantage of being cheap and tasty, and that you can prepare with leftover bread.
Of course, for the vegan version, just omit the egg.
Let’s start:
SOUP WITH BREAD AND EGGS

Ingredients for 4 people: 4 slices of stale homemade bread – 4 eggs – vegetable broth – butter (extra virgin olive oil for vegan version – salt – pepper
Preparation:
In a frying pan, quickly fry the slices of bread in butter (or oil), and take away the grease on a sheet of paper towel.
Prepare a vegetable broth with the cube (or fresh, with vegetables, if you prefer).
Arrange the slices of bread in the holsters, and place on each a egg yolk taking care not to break it.
Now pour the boiling broth on each holster with a ladle.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and pepper and serve the soup hot.
Enjoy your meal!
