This recipe is a bit special and maybe not everyone will like it: fennel in oil and lemon in a pan.
I suggest it because I like it very much and makes itself as a perfect side dish, ready in no time.
FENNEL IN OLIVE OIL AND LEMON IN A PAN
Ingredients for 4 people: 3 large whole or clean fennel – extra virgin olive oil – 1 lemon – salt q.b – black pepper
Clean the fennel and cut into slices.
In a large pan, heat two tablespoons of oil, pour the fennel and its leaves and sauté, stirring for 5 minutes.
Add the lemon juice and cook for another 15 minutes over medium heat.
In this way they will be crunchy and not boiled.
Sprinkle with pepper and serve your fennel very hot.
