EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE

VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN
Hi everyone!
Does it happen to you that you would like to prepare a dessert but you really have very little time?
Then you have to try this pudding. For the vegan version you will have to replace cow’s milk with soy, almond etc. You may not put the egg, but it will take a little longer to get a thick pudding.
You can insert it in a single mould (such as the ones used for muffins or donuts) or in single cups, as in our case.
Especially for the vegan version, I recommend using cups.
Let’s start:
CHOCOLATE PUDDING WITHOUT BUTTER

Ingredients for 4 people: 1 l milk – 100 g dark chocolate – 150 g sugar – 2 eggs – 1 sachet vanillin – chopped hazelnut – 40 g flour – 40 g cornstarch
Preparation:
First put the milk in the pan.
Add the sugar and stir with a metal whisk. Light the fire on low heat and as soon as the sugar is dissolved, add the eggs. Continue to mix and add the flour and vanillin.
It is very important to continue mixing during the insertion of all the ingredients to avoid lumps.
When the pudding has reached the desired thickness, pour into the cups or into a single mould.
If you want to use a single mould, I suggest to make it rather dense, so that, once cooled, it will keep the shape.
Let cool and add the chopped hazelnuts to decorate.
Enjoy your meal!

No, believe me! It’s so easy and because of the eggs you don’t have to stir for an hour! This is one of the reasons I do it so often. 🙂
