EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE

Hi everyone!
Today we will see how to make this tasty walnut cream, suitable both as a sauce for pasta or to put on bread croutons.
Let’s start:
WALNUT CREAM

Ingredients for 4 people: 500 g walnut kernels – 3 tablespoons pine nuts – 100 g soft cheese – stale bread crumbs – a few tablespoons of milk – 1 glass of extra virgin olive oil – croutons – butter
Preparation:
Start by shelling the nuts.
Put them in a mixer (the ideal would be to use a mortar) with the pine nuts, extra virgin olive oil, bread crumbs soaked in milk and squeezed, soft cheese roughly cut and smoothed for a few minutes.
If the sauce is too thick, add more oil and milk; the consistency must be similar to a thick and creamy yogurt.
The walnut sauce is perfect to spread on hot buttered croutons.
