VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN
Hi everyone!
The desserts made with fruits are certainly among the most appreciated, among these there are certainly pears in syrup.
A perfect dessert for the autumn or winter season, which allows you to enjoy the sweet taste of pears, combined with some other simple ingredients, such as Taleggio (typical Italian cheese), you will get a really easy but delicious recipe.
For a lighter recipe and for the vegan version, simply replace the cheese with soy yogurt.
Let’s start:
PEARS IN SYRUP WITH TALEGGIO CHEESE

Ingredients for 4 people: 200 g Taleggio – 2 Williams Pears – 250 g Granulated Sugar – 1/2 Lemon juice – 3 tablespoons chopped Pistachios – 3 seeds of Cardamom – 1 teaspoon Ginger powder – 1 teaspoon Liquid Cream – Chestnut Honey
Preparation:
Peel the pears and place in a saucepan, cover with cold water, add the juice of half a lemon and the sugar. Also incorporate chopped cardamom seeds and powdered ginger.
Cook over low heat, count 20 minutes from the moment the water starts to boil.
Drain and let them cool. In a bowl work with a spoon the Taleggio (or other soft white cheese), cut into cubes, bring it closer to the steam of the other pot so as to help you work better the cheese, add a tablespoon of liquid cream and work until you get a smooth and homogeneous cream.
Cut the pears in half and remove the core. Pour the Taleggio cream in a sac–à–poche, fill the pears.
Finally, sprinkle with chopped pistachios and with chestnut honey.
Enjoy your meal!
