Saving at home – Anchovy and basil mozzarellas

EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE

Hi everyone!

It will take very few ingredients to present this colorful appetizer.

You can also serve it with a sprinkle of toasted breadcrumbs.

Let’s start:

ANCHOVY AND BASIL MOZZARELLAS

Ingredients for 4 people: 20 small mozzarellas – 20 anchovy fillets in oil – 20 large basil leaves (mint leaves are also fine)

Preparation:

Open and drain the mozzarellas.

Do the same with the anchovy fillets.

Wash the basil leaves.

At this point take a mozzarella, roll up an anchovy fillet and then close with a large leaf of basil (or mint), closing everything with a toothpick.

Serve cold as an appetizer.
