Saving at home – Tirami su (light version)

EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE

Hi everyone!

A bit late… but here is one of the recipes that in the last days I forgot to translate!!!

This amazing dessert was already posted some time ago but today we will see how to prepare the light version.

The term in Italian, literally means lift me up, and it’s definitely not casual.

In addition, to being light, this light version of tiramisu is really much faster to prepare.

Let’s start:

TIRAMI SU (LIGHT VERSION)

Ingredients for 4 people: 100 g dry biscuits – 250 g Ricottina Light – coffee – 60 g dark chocolate – 80 g sugar – cinnamon

Preparation:

Work the Light Ricotta cheese vigorously with the sugar.

Add the previously chopped dark chocolate in the dough, cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator.

Now lay on the bottom of each cup (or if you prefer, all in one pan), a layer of dry biscuits, pour on top the coffee and then a layer of light Ricotta cheese . Repeat the operation until the bowl is filled.

The dessert will have to rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

When serving, garnish your tiramisu with a sprinkle of cinnamon on the surface.
