EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE
In our recipes we have often talked about first and second courses, but it is also important to know how to make side dishes.
These “cheesy” mushrooms are a delicious side dish that goes well with both meat and fish.
Ingredients for 4 people: 400g mushrooms – 200g provolone cheese (or other cheese that melts easily) – 80g cooked ham (or turkey) – 1 tablespoon olive oil – 1 pinch of salt – enough chili pepper
Wash and cut the mushrooms into cubes.
Put a tablespoon of olive oil and the mushrooms in a non-stick frying pan.
Brown them and add the diced provolone cheese (or other cheese that melts easily) and the ham (or turkey).
Serve your plate hot!
