RICOTTA AND CAVIAR CREAM
Ingredients for 4 people: 100 g caviar – 150 g ricotta – 1 spring onion – salt – marjoram – bread croutons
Clean and wash the spring onion and chop finely.
Dilute the ricotta in a bowl, add the spring onion, marjoram and half of the caviar required by the recipe. Mix with a spoon and, if necessary, add salt.
Cover the bottom of a bowl with film, pour the cream inside, cover with other film and put to cool the ricotta and caviar cream in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
After this time, transfer the cream to a round wooden chopping board and sprinkle with the remaining caviar.
