I hope you all had a nice party, no gatherings but still celebrating with rich dinners… Now 2022 has arrived and, how to start it well? With two detox recipes, so as to get rid of the fats from lunches and dinners of the past days!
Today’s recipe is: the green smoothie.
I start with the green smoothie for its slimming and detoxifying qualities.
DETOX RECIPE No. 1: GREEN SMOOTHIE
Ingredients for 4 people: 1 courgette – 1 cucumber – 1 small piece of fresh ginger – 10 fresh spinach leaves – 1 lime – half a teaspoon of gomasium powder or fine salt – 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil – seeds (chia, flax, quinoa)
Take the cucumber and remove the dark green skin, reduce it to rounds and put it in a carafe together with the zucchini (always in rounds), the leaves of spinach private die stems, the juice of the lime, the fresh ginger peeled and reduced to smaller pieces, the gomasium and the oil.
With a mixer shake everything well so that it forms a smooth and homogeneous cream.
Pour the smoothie into two glasses and sprinkle with seeds the surface. Serve immediately or leave to cool in the refrigerator before enjoying with a straw.
