Saving at home – Cheese and potato scones

EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE

Hi everyone!

Not only these cheese and potato scones are so easy to prepare!!! Everyone will like them, young and old.

A super fast recipe, suitable for a dinner but also as a snack or picnic dish.

Let’s start:

CHEESE AND POTATO SCONES

Ingredients for 4 people: 4-5 potatoes – 50 gr butter – 100 gr emmental – 2 eggs – 3-4 tablespoons flour – a little nutmeg – salt and pepper – oil for frying

Preparation:

Peel the potatoes and boil them until they are cooked (you will see it by inserting the fork, they should be rather soft).

Mash the potatoes into a puree (with a fork or a potato masher).

Add the melted butter, the grated cheese, salt, pepper, nutmeg, flour and finally the eggs.

Mix well the mixture obtained.

Put a little oil in a pan and add the dough obtained (with the help of a spoon and pour into oil).

Fry until golden on both sides.

Serve them hot with yogurt.
