EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE

VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN
Hi everyone!
Who says it takes sugar to make homemade jams? With the slightly acidic and refreshing taste of the kiwi fruit, this sugar-free jam is delicious natural, simply spread on bread or rusks.
This version is also great for filling cakes and tarts!
Let’s start:
KIWI JAM (LIGHT VERSION, WITHOUT SUGAR)

Ingredients for 4 people: 500 g kiwi – 1 apple – lemon juice
Preparation:
Cut the kiwis in two and, with the help of a spoon, cut the pulp out of the fruit. Then cut the kiwis into cubes.
Cut the apple into 4 segments, remove the core (but not the skin!) and dice it.
Transfer it to the mixer and blend until you get a puree as smooth as possible.
Pour the kiwi and apple smoothies into a pot together with the lemon juice, and bring to a boil. When it starts boiling, cover with a lid and cook for about an hour on a low heat, stirring occasionally, until the fruit is nice and soft and will dry.
Transfer the hot jam in glass jars previously sterilized in the oven or in boiling water, close them well and place your jar upside down on a table, leaving them in that position until it has cooled completely and the vacuum has formed.
At this point, it will be ready to be stored in the pantry or enjoyed on a nice slice of bread.
Enjoy your meal!
