Savory cakes are a great solution for a last–minute dinner. Today we will see how the version based on peppers and feta.
SAVOURY CAKE WITH FETA AND PEPPERS
Ingredients for 4 people: puff pastry – 200 ml of fresh cream – 2 eggs – 200g feta – 3 sweet yellow peppers – 3 sweet red peppers – chives – 1 pinch of salt
Begin by washing the peppers, cut them and remove the seeds inside.
Mix together the eggs, cream, salt and roughly chopped chives.
Preheat the oven to 200 º C. Unroll the dough and place it in a pan. Pour the filling inside, then place the peppers on top, which will sink slightly and crumble here and there the feta with your hands.
Bake the cake for 25 minutes at 200° C.
