EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE

Hi everyone!
Here we are today with a classic pastry recipe for which you will need very few ingredients and also very little time: tea biscuits.
These biscuits are thin, very light and crumbly with an ovoidal shape, and a light brown color which darkens on the edges during cooking.
Delicious alone, they can also be use to accompany some spoon desserts, such as puddings, ice creams, and fruit salads.
Let’s start:
QUICK TEA BISCUITS

Ingredients for 4 people: 100 g flour – 3 egg whites – 100 g butter – 100 g powdered sugar – 1 sachet of vanillin – pastry bag
Preparation:
Put the previously softened butter in a large bowl , then work it into a cream with sugar and vanillin.
Add one egg white at a time and a few tablespoons of flour. Continue to mix the preparation until the ingredients are exhausted.
Mix well until creamy.
Cover a rectangular baking pan with baking paper.
With the help of a pastry bag with smooth spout make sticks about 10 cm long well spaced one from the other.
Bake everything at 190 ºC for about 8 minutes or until cooked.
Once cooked, let your biscuits cool in the pan.
Once they have cooled down, serve them alone or with fruit, ice cream, puddings and other spoon desserts.
Enjoy your meal!
