EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE
One of my favorite recipes originating from the Middle East are the vine leaves stuffed with rice… which however are very long to prepare.
Today we will try a very original version with cheese filling.
Quick to prepare and… tasty to eat!
VINE LEAVES WITH CHEESE FILLING
Ingredients for 4 people: a pack of fresh cream cheese – 50g yogurt – 4 leaves fresh scalded vine (or canned) – half a lemon – salt and pepper – parsley – chives – olive oil
Chop the herbs, mix with fresh cream cheese, salt, pepper and a little lemon juice.
Spread the vine leaves and distribute the cream obtained strating from the center, roll them up and place them on the serving plate.
Mix the yogurt with the olive oil and accompany the vine rolls.
