As you surely know, mozzarella is a cheese rich in nutrients.
Enriching your salads with mozzarella, therefore, will allow you to create a complete meal that can also be a valid alternative for quick and fresh lunches.
SALAD WITH SALMON, MOZZARELLA AND BERRIES
Ingredients for 4 people: 200 g mixed salad or salad salad – 4 slices of natural salmon – 200 g mozzarella – 10 more – 10 cranberries or other red fruits – the juice of 1/2 lemon – extra virgin olive oil – salt
Wash the salad well and dry it. Also rinse the red fruits.
Divide the mozzarella into six large slices.
Cut the salmon into strips and sprinkle with lemon juice. In a bowl season the salad with salt and oil, add the red fruits, the salmon and the mozzarella.
You can accompany the salad with slices of toasted bread.
