The ricotta cheese is a light dairy product that is ideal for reducing the caloric intake in desserts.
Its naturally sweet taste goes perfectly with chocolate, coffee, cherries, fresh fruit or spices such as vanilla and cinnamon.
RICOTTA CHEESE WITH COFFEE AND CHOCOLATE
Ingredients for 4 people: 400 g ricotta – 2 tablespoons icing sugar – 1/2 tablespoon instant coffee powder – 100 g dark chocolate – biscuits or waffles to decorate
Pour the ricotta cheese into a bowl and beat with icing sugar and instant coffee with the help of a whisk.
Let it rest in the refrigerator.
In the meantime, melt the chocolate and add a few teaspoons of water to make the mixture more fluid; mix well.
Compose the dessert directly in a glass or cup by placing at the base a tablespoon of melted chocolate, two large spoonfuls of the ricotta and coffee mix and end with the melted chocolate on top.
Decorate with a biscuit or waffle and serve immediately.
