EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE
Here we are with a first course that, being rich in ingredients, can also be served as a main course: the macaroni with minced meat and mushrooms.
MACARONI WITH MINCED MEAT AND MUSHROOMS
Ingredients for 4 people: 400 g macaroni – 300 g mushroom – 150 g minced meat – 50g cooking cream – 1 dollop of parsley – 2 cloves of garlic – 50 ml olive oil – 50 ml broth (vegetable or meat, as you prefer) – 40 g Grana Padano – salt and pepper
Pour 2 l of water into a pot, cover and bring to a boil.
Carefully clean the mushrooms and then drain on a cloth or kitchen paper. Cut the mushroom heads in half.
Peel the garlic and mash it. Finally grate the Parmesan cheese and keep it aside.
Now pass to the cooking, pouring in a large pan 20ml of oil and add the minced meat. Once browned, wet with 20 ml of broth and simmer 3 minutes. Remove from heat, put the minced meat in a bowl and keep aside.
Add 20 ml of oil to the same pan and add the garlic and let it flavour. Add the mushrooms and let them flavour for 2 minutes.
Wet with the remaining broth, blend over high heat, cover and cook, now on low heat, half-covered 3 more minutes.
Add the salt and stir often.
Pour the pasta into the boiling water and add salt.
Once cooked, drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the mushrooms, adding the cream and the remaining ingredients. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
