Saving at home – Nutella cheesecake (quick version)


Hi everyone!

Already the word Nutella should be enough to evaluate the goodness of this recipe… The original cheesecake recipe is quite long, but this version without cooking allows us to list it among the quick recipes.

I warn you that, however, this recipe is not suitable for those who are on a diet 😦

Let’s start:


Ingredients for 4 people: 180 g biscuits (Digestive type) – 90 g butter – 500 g creamy cheese (Philadelphia type) – 200 ml whipped cream – 450 g Nutella – 40 g hazelnut grains


Finely chop the biscuits in a mixer (or even with a fork) then transfer them to a bowl. Now add the previously melted butter (in the microwave or in a saucepan).

Mix everything, until you get a homogeneous mixture and pour it into a 22 cm diameter hinged mold, previously coated with baking paper.

Level the biscuit mixture with the back of a spoon and make a regular base.

Put to rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Now prepare the Nutella cream:
Soften, with a whisk, the cream cheese (Philadelphia kind), add the Nutella and stir.

Whip, with the electric mixer, the fresh cream and incorporate it into the Nutella and Philadelphia mixture, stirring with a spatula.

Remove from the refrigerator the base of the cake and cover with the prepared cream, leveling well with always with the help of a spatula.

Put the cake back to cool in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

After the resting time, remove the Nutella cheesecake from the mould and decorate it with the hazelnut crumbs.
