EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE
Here we are with another easy and tasty recipe that you can prepare with very few ingredients: mushrooms, minced meat, spices and a little grated cheese.
Excellent as a second course but also alone if prepared in quantities a little more abundant and accompanied with a salad.
MUSHROOMS WITH MINCED MEAT AND SPICES
Ingredients for 4 people: 250 g fresh mushrooms – 1 clove of garlic – 150 g minced meat – extra virgin olive oil – grated parmesan – mixed spices – salt and pepper
Just sauté the garlic in a little bit of extra virgin olive oil until it gets color.
Wash the mushrooms and add them to the sautéed garlic. Remove the garlic and add also the minced meat.
Finally add the spices and cook until the meat is fully cooked.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
