EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE
If you like fish and you need a super fast recipe, you have to try this pasta with anchovies and breadcrumbs, or the “breadchovies” pasta!
PASTA WITH ANCHOVIES, CHEESE, AND BREADCRUMBS
Ingredients for 4 people: 300 g pasta – 40 g breadcrumbs – 1 pack of anchovies or anchovy paste – extra virgin olive oil – 165 g creamy cheese – 1 spoonful of minced parsley
Boil a pot with plenty of salted water.
While the pasta is cooking, prepare a saucepan with a drop of extra virgin olive oil, add a handful of breadcrumbs and then add 3/4 anchovies or a bit of anchovy paste (for quantities depending on taste, if you want more tasty put a little more anchovies), sauté for a few minutes.
When the pasta is cooked put it inside the pot and mix everything. Serve it with the cream cheese on top and the dish ready to taste.
Serve decorated with the chopped parsley.
