Portobello mushrooms are very large and, unlike champignons, are extremely easy to clean. This aspect matters a lot because it will allow you to prepare them in no time.
PORTOBELLO MUSHROOMS IN A PAN
Ingredients for 4 people: 500 g Portobello mushrooms – extra virgin olive oil – 1 clove of garlic – salt and pepper – a handful of chopped parsley – 2 tablespoons of white wine (or apple cider vinegar)
First clean the Portobello mushrooms simply under running water.
Cut them into fairly large slices.
In a pan put olive oil and sauté the garlic until it takes color.
Remove it and put the mushrooms in the pan, cooking over a high heat. Add the wine (or apple cider vinegar), and cook until the mushrooms are soft (this is a few minutes).
Finish with a sprinkling of chopped parsley.
Season with salt and pepper and serve hot!
