Did you get a lot of chocolate eggs for Easter? Let’s see how to recycle them with simple recipes: today we will prepare the milk chocolate donut, which you can easily replace or mix with dark chocolate and/ or white chocolate.
EXTRA LARGE MILK CHOCOLATE DONUT
Ingredients for 4 people:
Break the milk chocolate and melt in bain marie or in the microwave.
Add the butter and melt with the chocolate.
Allow to cool slightly.
Put the eggs and sugar in a bowl and beat with electric whisks until you get a frothy mixture.
Add the chocolate and beat.
Add all the sifted flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and make the mixture homogeneous.
Pour the dough for the milk chocolate donut in a buttered and floured mold.
Bake the milk chocolate cake in a preheated oven ventilated at 180 ° for about 45 minutes until it is also cooked inside (check with a toothpick).
Take the milk chocolate cake out of the oven and let it cool completely cool before removing it from the mould.
For an even tastier version, you can melt another 100 g of dark chocolate and pour it on the cake.
